Eric C. Brown
Eric joined Performance Trust in 1996, where he took on numerous roles. He became a frequent speaker and writer on topics in fixed-income engineering, including CMO structuring, risk measurement, prepayment modeling, and portfolio analysis. His appearances included programs for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, the Bank Administration Institute, and the Cornell University Master’s Program in Financial Engineering. In 2005, Eric left Performance Trust to join ANB Financial, NA as Chief Strategy Officer and Inside Director. While there, he confronted the “worst case” scenarios of regulatory and capital challenges, an experience which led to his re-affiliation with Performance Trust in 2009. He currently works with Performance Trust to assist banks with balance sheet repair and/or enhancement in the current environment.
Prior to joining Performance Trust in 1996, Eric worked as a defense consultant, as well as a scientific and engineering software publisher. He also served as a naval officer and is a veteran of the Gulf War.
Eric attended Cornell University, where he received a Master of Engineering degree, in addition to a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering. |
